Overview
Affise is one of the most widely used affiliate tracking platforms for performance networks. AffZero supports two types of Affise connections:- Admin Portal — full network access (recommended for network owners and managers)
- Affiliate Portal — limited to data visible to a specific affiliate account
Which Connection Type Should I Use?
Use Admin Portal if you manage the Affise network and want to pull stats for all your affiliates, offers, and advertisers. This is the most common setup. Use Affiliate Portal if you are connecting as an affiliate (or on behalf of an affiliate) and only need that affiliate’s own data.Admin Portal Connection

Double-check your base URL. It should be the root domain of your Affise instance (e.g.
https://mynetwork.affise.com) with no path segments like /api/ or trailing slashes.Stats show zero or empty results

First test the same query directly in Affise to confirm data exists for the selected date range. If Affise shows data but AffZero doesn’t, check that the date range and timezone settings match.

Some affiliates may have been added to your network after the stat period you’re querying, or they may have zero activity. AffZero only shows rows returned by the Affise API.
