What is Report Analysis?

Report Analysis is a standalone tool that lets you combine data from multiple sources, transform it with AI assistance, and produce a clean output report — without writing formulas or code. You describe what you want in plain English. AffZero’s AI builds a step-by-step transformation plan. You review the plan and click Run. The result can be downloaded as a CSV or written directly to a new tab in your Google Sheet.

When to use it

  • Merge two or more exported CSV reports that don’t share the same format
  • Filter, group, and sort affiliate data to create a custom summary
  • Cross-reference subaccount IDs or sub-IDs across multiple platform exports
  • Produce a clean report from raw tracker exports without touching a spreadsheet

How it works

Add your sources

Upload up to 3 CSV files, or select tabs from a connected Google Sheet. AffZero reads the column headers and a few sample rows — it does not send your full data to the AI.

Write an instruction

Describe what transformation you want in plain English. For example: “Keep only rows where Sub ID 2 is in the list [partner_a, partner_b], then group by affiliate name and sum revenue, sorted by revenue descending.”

Generate a plan

Click Generate Plan. AffZero sends the column names and sample rows to the AI, which returns a structured transformation plan. You can review every step of the plan before running it.

Run the plan

Click Run Plan. The transformation is executed locally against your data — no raw rows are sent to the AI. Results appear instantly.

Export or save to Google Sheets

Download the result as a CSV, or write it to a new tab in one of your connected Google Sheets.

History

Every successful run is saved to your History panel (last 25 runs). Click any past run to see:
  • The original instruction you wrote
  • The plan that was generated
  • The full result table
  • A link to the Google Sheet, if you wrote the results there
You can also click Reuse for new report to open a fresh workspace pre-filled with the same instruction and plan — useful when you receive new weekly exports and want to run the same transformation on fresh files.
