Overview
Edit actions update existing records in your Affise network. They let you make changes that would otherwise require logging into Affise directly — updating offer settings, changing conversion statuses, enabling or disabling affiliates, and generating tracking links.
All edit actions require an Affise Admin Portal connection.
Edit Offer By ID
Update the settings of an existing offer in your Affise network.
Useful for:
- Changing an offer’s status (e.g. active → stopped) without opening Affise
- Updating tracking URLs, payout rules, or traffic restrictions in bulk
- Making consistent changes across multiple offers by running the action several times
How to use
- Use Get Offer By ID first to see the current settings and confirm the offer ID
- In Edit Offer By ID, enter the Offer ID
- Fill in only the fields you want to change — blank fields are not updated
- Click Execute
Only fields you explicitly fill in are sent to Affise. Leaving a field blank does not reset it — it simply leaves it unchanged. This lets you update one setting at a time safely.
Editable fields
The same fields available when creating an offer can be updated: title, tracking URL, status, privacy, advertiser, payout rules, traffic restrictions, notes, descriptions, and more.
Enable Affiliate on Offer
Connect one or more affiliates to one or more offers, giving them access to promote.
Useful for:
- Onboarding a new affiliate to your network’s offer catalog
- Enabling an affiliate on a new offer you just created
- Granting access to multiple affiliates at once
Parameters
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|
| Offer IDs | Yes | One or more numeric Affise offer IDs (comma-separated) |
| Affiliate IDs (PIDs) | Yes | One or more Affise affiliate IDs to enable |
After enabling, you can immediately use Generate Tracking Link to create affiliate-specific URLs for the newly enabled combination.
Disable Affiliate on Offer
Remove an affiliate’s access to one or more offers.
Useful for:
- Revoking access when an affiliate relationship ends
- Temporarily pausing an affiliate on a specific offer
- Cleaning up access after an offer is stopped
Parameters
Same as Enable Affiliate on Offer — enter the Offer IDs and Affiliate IDs to disconnect.
Generate Tracking Link
Generate an affiliate-specific tracking link for an offer.
Useful for:
- Producing the exact tracking URL to send to a new affiliate
- Verifying the generated link format before distributing
- Creating tracking links after enabling an affiliate on an offer
Parameters
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|
| Offer ID | Yes | The Affise offer ID |
| Affiliate ID (PID) | Yes | The affiliate’s Affise ID |
Result: The complete affiliate tracking URL ready to copy and share. The URL includes Affise’s standard click tracking macros embedded correctly for that offer-affiliate combination.
Edit Conversions
Update the status, payout, or custom fields of one or multiple existing conversions.
Useful for:
- Approving or declining pending conversions after fraud review
- Correcting payout amounts on confirmed conversions
- Updating custom fields with additional metadata from external systems
Parameters
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Conversion IDs | Comma-separated list of action IDs or click IDs to update |
| New Status | confirmed, pending, declined, or hold |
| Payout | Override the payout amount |
| Revenue | Override the revenue amount |
| Comment | Internal note attached to the conversion |
| Custom Fields | Update custom field 1, 2, 3 |
Conversion edits in Affise can affect affiliate payouts and advertiser billing. Always review the conversion list before executing, especially when changing statuses in bulk.
Edit Conversions By Advertiser
Same as Edit Conversions, but with an additional advertiser ownership validation — Affise verifies the conversions belong to the specified advertiser before applying changes. Supports up to 2,000 conversions per request.
Use this instead of Edit Conversions when your network has multiple advertisers and you want an extra layer of safety to prevent accidental edits across advertiser boundaries.
Additional parameter
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Advertiser ID | Affise advertiser ID — only conversions belonging to this advertiser will be updated |
