Overview
Add actions create new records in your tracking platform. For Affise Admin Portal connections, this means creating new offers and importing conversions — without logging into Affise directly.
Add actions require an Affise Admin Portal connection. They are not available on Affiliate Portal connections. For creating multiple offers at once, use the dedicated Bulk Offer Upload feature.
Add Offer
Create a single new offer in your Affise network.
Useful for:
- Adding a new advertiser offer to your network
- Quickly creating a test or internal offer
- Creating an offer with specific settings not easily copied from an existing one
Required fields
| Field | Description |
|---|
| Title | The offer name as it will appear in Affise |
| Tracking URL | The destination URL with Affise macros, e.g. https://track.example.com?aff_id={affiliate_id}&offer_id={offer_id} |
| Advertiser ID | The numeric ID of the advertiser in your Affise network |
Optional fields
Additional fields let you configure status, privacy, payout rules, traffic restrictions, tracking settings, and more. All optional fields default to Affise’s standard defaults if left blank.
| Section | Fields |
|---|
| Basic | Status, Privacy, Is Top, External ID, Tags, Notes, Affiliate Note |
| URLs & Tracking | Preview URL, Trafficback URL, Tracking Domain, Redirect Type, Cross-Postback URL, Parallel URL |
| Traffic Restrictions | Country, OS, Device type, Connection type |
| Schedule & Caps | Stop Date, Hold Period |
| Descriptions | English description, KPI |
After creation
Once the offer is created, Affise returns the new offer’s ID. You can then:
- Use Enable Affiliate on Offer to connect specific affiliates
- Use Generate Tracking Link to produce affiliate-specific tracking URLs
- Use Get Offer By ID to verify all settings were saved correctly
Import Conversions
Import one or multiple conversions manually into your Affise network. This is useful when conversions were recorded outside Affise (e.g. in a CRM or payment system) and need to be added to the network retroactively.
When to use
- Manually crediting a conversion that was missed by a postback
- Importing offline conversions
- Adding conversions from a partner who uses a different tracking system
Parameters
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|
| Offer ID | Yes | The Affise offer ID to associate this conversion with |
| Affiliate ID (PID) | Yes | The affiliate who should receive credit |
| Click ID | No | The Affise click ID if available (links to the original click) |
| Action ID | No | A custom conversion identifier |
| Goal | No | The conversion goal (e.g. 1 for the default goal) |
| IP | No | The IP address of the converting user |
| Status | No | confirmed, pending, or declined |
| Payout | No | Override the default payout amount |
| Custom Fields | No | Custom field 1, 2, 3 for additional metadata |

You can import multiple conversions in a single request by adding rows in the form.
Imported conversions cannot be undone through AffZero. If you import a conversion by mistake, you’ll need to edit or delete it directly in Affise. Always double-check offer ID and affiliate ID before executing.
