All plans include access to the visual automation builder, the Stats page, email templates, invoice templates, and Runs & Logs.
What counts as a Tracker Connection?
A connection is a saved API credential for one tracking platform account. If you have two separate Affise networks (e.g., one for brand A and one for brand B), that counts as two connections.
The Demo connection does not count against your connection limit.
What counts as an Automation?
Any saved workflow in the Automations section — whether enabled or disabled — counts toward your limit. Deleting an automation frees up the slot.
What counts as a Step?
Each action block inside an automation counts as a step. The step limit applies across all your automations combined, not per individual automation.
What counts as a Run?
A run is one full execution of an automation — regardless of how many steps it contains. Runs reset on the first of each month.
What counts as AI Usage?
Each AI operation consumes one credit:
- AI Analyze step executes → 1 credit
- Generate Invoice Number step executes → 1 credit
- Generate with AI button used in the email or invoice editor → 1 credit
- AffZero AI chatbot message sent → 1 credit
AI usage resets on the first of each month.

If you downgrade your plan, automations using a schedule not available on the new plan will be automatically disabled. You can re-enable them after upgrading again.
Custom APIs
Custom API connections are available on the Scale plan at $20 per API per month. Each custom API counts separately toward your tracker connection limit.
Viewing Your Usage
Go to Settings → Usage to see a real-time breakdown of:
- Automations and steps used vs. your limit
- Monthly runs consumed vs. your allowance
- Tracker connections in use
- AI credits consumed this month
- Your current plan and billing cycle
Upgrading or Downgrading
Go to Settings → Billing to change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
