Connections

A connection is a saved API credential for one external tracking platform. Each live platform account counts as one connection.
  • The Demo connection does not count toward the limit
  • Connections can be reused across all your automations
  • Deleting a connection frees up the slot

Automations

Any saved automation — enabled or disabled — counts toward the limit. Deleting an automation frees up the slot.

Gmail SMTP Accounts

The number of Gmail accounts you can connect simultaneously. All accounts are available as “Send From” options in any Send Email step.

AI Calls

Consumed by:
  • AI Analyze step (1 call per run)
  • Generate Invoice Number step (1 call per run)
  • Generate with AI buttons in email/invoice editor (1 call per use)
  • AffZero AI chatbot (1 call per message)
Calls reset on the 1st of each month.

Viewing Your Usage

Go to Settings → Usage to see:
  • Connections used vs. limit
  • Automations used vs. limit
  • AI calls this month vs. limit

Upgrading or Downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing to change your plan at any time.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately — new limits apply right away
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
If you downgrade and your current usage exceeds the new plan’s limits (e.g. you have 5 connections on Pro+ and downgrade to Starter which allows 1), existing resources are not deleted — but automations may fail to run until you bring your usage within the new limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have multiple users on one account? AffZero currently operates on a single-user-per-account model. Team access is on the roadmap. Do unused AI calls roll over to the next month? No — AI calls reset on the 1st of each month and do not accumulate. What happens if I hit my automation limit? You can still edit existing automations, but you won’t be able to create new ones until you delete an existing one or upgrade your plan. Is there an annual discount?
