What is the AffZero AI Assistant?

The AI Assistant is a built-in agent available on every page of AffZero. It lives in the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the app (or tap the chat button on mobile). Unlike a simple Q&A bot, the AI Assistant can take real actions on your behalf — pulling live stats, enabling or disabling automations, creating templates, sending emails, and more. You ask in plain language; it uses the right tools and shows you the result.
The AI Assistant is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Every AI call counts against your plan’s monthly AI call allowance. See Plans & Limits for details.

What it can do

Pull Live Stats

Fetch real-time data from any connected tracker — by affiliate, offer, campaign, country, or date. Ask “show me yesterday’s top 10 affiliates by revenue” and get a table instantly.

Manage Automations

List, enable, disable, run, duplicate, or delete automations. Ask “run my weekly report automation now” or “copy my affiliate report and rename it Monthly Report.”

Create Automations

Describe what you want in plain English and the AI builds the full workflow — steps, schedule, and connections pre-filled. Same engine as the Describe It feature.

Send Emails

Compose and send a one-off email using your configured email accounts. Ask “email me today’s stats from Affise” and it pulls the data, formats it, and sends it.

Manage Templates

Create or update email and invoice templates on the fly without navigating menus.

Tracker Actions

Read data from your tracker (offers, conversions, campaigns) or make edits — edit conversion status, enable affiliates on offers, clone offers, and more.

How to use it

  1. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.
  2. Type your request in plain language.
  3. For write actions (anything that changes data), a Confirm / Cancel card appears before the action executes — review it and click Confirm to proceed.
  4. The result appears inline in the chat.
Example prompts:
Show me last week's stats from my Affise connection by affiliate.
Duplicate my "Weekly Affiliate Report" automation and call it "Daily Affiliate Report".
Create an email template called "Performance Alert" with subject "Your weekly stats are ready".
Disable the automation called "Monthly Invoicing".
Run my "Daily Stats" automation right now.

Confirmation cards

Every action that changes data — creating, updating, deleting, sending, running — requires your explicit confirmation before it executes. The AI will describe what it’s about to do, and a card with Confirm and Cancel buttons will appear. This means you can ask freely without worrying about accidental changes. The AI never silently modifies data.
Read-only actions (pulling stats, listing automations, looking up data) execute immediately — no confirmation needed.

Context awareness

The AI Assistant knows where you are in the app. If you’re on the Automations page or editing a specific automation, it uses that context to give targeted answers — for example, you can ask “what does step 2 do?” and it will look at the current automation’s steps. It also knows:
  • Your connected platforms and their available stat types
  • Your current plan and limits
  • Today’s date and how date presets resolve in your timezone

Tips for best results

  • Be specific about data: Include the platform, date range, and grouping. “Show me yesterday’s stats from Binom by campaign” works better than “show my stats.”
  • Name automations clearly: The AI matches by name, so descriptive names like “Weekly Affiliate Report” are easier to reference than “Automation 3.”
  • Use it for discovery: Not sure what’s possible? Ask “what can you do?” or “list your capabilities for automations.”
  • It won’t make things up: If a tool call fails or returns no data, it will tell you — it never fills gaps with placeholder numbers.

Available capabilities

See AI Assistant Capabilities for the full list of what the AI can and cannot do, organized by category.

Limitations

  • The AI Assistant works with your existing connections, templates, and settings. It cannot set up new tracker connections or configure email providers for the first time — do that in Settings or Connections first.
  • It operates within your plan limits. If you’ve hit your automation limit, it will tell you rather than silently fail.
  • Complex multi-step workflows with very specific settings are sometimes better built using the visual automation builder, which gives you full control over every field.
  • For report analysis (CSV/Google Sheets data transformation), use the dedicated Report Analysis feature — the AI Assistant does not have direct access to that workflow yet.
