Overview

The On Schedule trigger is the default trigger type. The automation runs automatically at the frequency and time you configure — no manual action required. This is the right trigger for anything recurring: daily stats emails, weekly performance summaries, monthly invoicing runs, and Google Sheets syncs.

Configuring the schedule

In the automation builder, click the Trigger panel (top-left of the builder) and select On Schedule. Then set the schedule in the Schedule panel:
SettingDescription
FrequencyDaily, Weekly, Monthly, or Run Once
Day (Weekly)Which day of the week the automation runs
Day of month (Monthly)Which day (1–28) the automation runs each month
TimeWhat time the automation runs (UTC)
Schedule availability depends on your plan — see Scheduling for the full breakdown and timezone guidance.

Enabling and disabling

Toggle the Enabled switch on the Automations list to pause or resume a scheduled automation without deleting it. A disabled automation will not run on its schedule but can still be triggered manually with Run Now.

Run Now

You can always trigger a scheduled automation immediately using Run Now on the Automations list — regardless of its next scheduled time. This is useful for testing or re-running a failed execution.
